Frequently asked questions

Clear answers for a project still being built.

Where a detail is not final, the honest answer is that it is not final.

01Is Big Bay Wash open today?+

Not yet. Big Bay Wash is in pre-development, and the proposed flagship market is Marietta, Georgia. Join the launch waitlist for verified progress updates.

02What vehicles is Big Bay Wash being designed to serve?+

The proposed service mix includes lifted trucks, wide tires, duallys, high-roof vans, work trucks, box trucks, RVs, shuttle buses, commercial fleets, and approved tractors and trailers.

03Will every oversized vehicle be accepted?+

No. Final acceptance will depend on confirmed height, width, length, tire, attachment, load, condition, residue, and safety limits. Exact rules will be published before opening.

04What is Big Bay Flow™?+

Big Bay Flow™ is the planned digital operating layer for reservations, live wait visibility, vehicle identification, fleet scheduling, billing, and wash records.

05Can someone use the wash without the app?+

That is the planned experience. First-time drive-up customers would be served through a staffed or guided arrival process, then encouraged to use the digital experience for greater visibility on future visits.

06What is Fleet Express Lane™?+

Fleet Express Lane™ is a planned reserved-capacity operating feature intended to give approved fleets predictable arrival windows and reduce avoidable driver downtime.

07Will memberships be available?+

Consumer memberships and commercial fleet account programs are planned, but pricing and terms have not been approved. You can register interest now.

08Will 18-wheelers be accepted?+

The flagship concept is being evaluated for approved tractor-trailer service. Final capability depends on site circulation, equipment selection, engineering, permits, and operating rules.
